So just...kiss me already...Jack grinned and kissed him again, slowly pulling away again to look around. It was the middle of the night, but considering where they were, well, he wasn't that far gone.

"Come on," he said, rising onto a knee before standing and offering his hand to Daniel. "Let's get out of the open."

"There's no real money here, but I'm sure that she'll have conned some poor fool out of something by then." She might have changed, but he was willing to bet that she hadn't quite changed that much. "Told you that you two would get along."

It sounded like she might get along with John better, and that was a chilling thought. Hopefully, her old habits were limited to conning and flirting.

Daniel gave a mock groan and nudged Jack. "Do you have to? I was hoping to survive another year on the island." He said it without thinking. He took it as granted that he'd stay here.
