Jack didn't go all the way to the compound. He just grabbed a couple bananas and a mango from the jungle and carried them into the hut. He laid them on the table and stripped his clothes off, easing onto the bed on top of House, on top of the sheets.
"Decided what I was hungry for," he said softly against the man's ear.
