They barely got back to Greg's room and Jack shut the door then reached out and grabbed him by his shirt.

"You're not going anyplace," he purred, making good on his promise. Greg's shirt split right up the back, nearly perfectly in half, the sound of tearing loud in the silence of the room.

Jack kissed him again lightly, fingers moving along his back. "Because you want it. And you know all I want is for you to be happy. So...what do you like in a woman?"

"I guess, just..." House hesitated, then closed his eyes. "A woman is just so... soft. Different, I guess. Well, you know."

"I know," he purred. "I love you, you know that. But...women...so what about Stacy?"

House shook his head, adamant about that. "No. I couldn't... Stacy isn't a one night stand. I wouldn't be able to separate my uh, feelings, and I couldn't do that to her."

"Okay, okay..." Jack said lightly, hoping he didn't let on how happy that made him. "Soft, what else? Brunette? Blonde?"

House coughed. "I uh... don't know." He leaned over and pressed his lips to Jack's throat. "I don't understand how nothing makes you jealous, baby. I sure as hell don't like thinking about you fucking girls."

"I can't compete with a woman. Nothing to be jealous about," he shrugged. "It's apples and oranges...and I just want you to be happy. I'd go out of my mind if all there were were men."

"Mmmm," said House, "well then I won't ask what you've been up to in that regard."
