Jack:
Jack has been busy with Logan. He's not consciously molding him anymore and they still fight, but it's become this weird struggle for dominance. Jack is content to let Logan think he's in control...and then smack him down just because he can. One of these days, he's sure, he'll get Logan to believe he's beautiful and worth it, but until then he's fine with working on getting him to understand self control. He's also talking about his past, which leads to the next point.

He's has really had a shift in behavior in my head. He's not grieving so badly when people vanish. He's decided this is home and that's only been 3 years in the making. He's bartering for the things he does for people, rather than just being nice. He's lost some faith in the Doctor and has sort of taken on the mantle of Companion Counselor, especially with Donna. He's totally committed to the ITF to the point that I judge what I can and cannot tag based on his schedule.

I don't have much planned for January. Hopefully there will be a new Owen. Um. There will probably be more interaction with Nate? He pointed out to the Doctor that there are plenty of people to help out.

He's just suddenly grown up a lot. He is still flirting and being stupidly heroic and getting involved in people's lives. I think the main shift is that he realizes he can't run away from anything. The whole trait of being the One Who Always Leaves has fallen away and while he's not Torchwood Jack, I can see now how he gets from Sat 5 to Torchwood. He's taking responsibility for his actions and big on caretaking. There's been not much plot and a whole lot of personal growth. I kinda love it.

Mark:
He had a quiet month. Maureen tagged into his item post and once that's done, I have a feeling he's going to get louder. He's content with Tosh, which is very good. Roger...man, Mark hates Brian. Upcoming? Gift day. He's getting an awesome gift and he and Angua are going to be filming things.

Other than that, I don't know. I just tag him around and he's easy. He deserves some months of happiness. 2009 is going to go by way too fucking fast.

Vala:
Is going to be getting pregnant. She's bored and she's been sleeping with several people. This means, of course, she's not going to be sure who the father is. It's not like it matters to her, although I'm sure it'll matter to the men. She'll just blame Daniel, anyhow. I have an asston more written about the plot-ness of this, but it's all personal growth. Getting her to deal with Adria, Tomin, her time in Ver Isca, her team, her tendency to run. Tons of stuff.

She also thinks Mitchell and Daniel have completely lost their fucking minds. I've been trying to tag her to new people to expand her social circle. I want her to quit thinking everyone who isn't SG is simply someone for her to con out of something. Oh, and she really hates the snow. When it's gone, Sal will come back (since he's a wild monkey and all the monkeys are gone for the month).

Sweets:
Sweets is acclimating, slowly but surely. I've handwaved his reading files, which I've got no fucking clue what they said about characters. Mainly I did it so he wouldn't think everyone is fake or crazy. He's really fond of Lucy Pevensie. He's boggled by Booth and Bones in this setting. He's getting involved with Jill Pole on a non-therapist level. He's honestly concerned about her. And Delirium, oh God. Poor Sweets. He's living with Asher, Joey, Stephen, et al in the basement room. This amuses me greatly.

My goal for the new year is to get him to quit psychoanalyzing people when he first meets them. I really doubt this is going to happen.

Future: Charlie Weasley
I'll be apping him toward the end of January. I think. This is totally contingent on my employment situation.
