He didn't just slam it together, he had carefully chosen each shell, placed them just so, and made sure that the length was right. It couldn't be too tight, but he wanted it to be short. He wanted Logan to know what it meant when he wore it. Still, it needed to look like a simple piece of jewelry and nothing more.
