So just...kiss me already...Jack grinned and kissed him again, slowly pulling away again to look around. It was the middle of the night, but considering where they were, well, he wasn't that far gone.

"Come on," he said, rising onto a knee before standing and offering his hand to Daniel. "Let's get out of the open."

Daniel let out his breath in a rush when Jack's hand reached his nipple. "You realize I'm not stopping you." He flushed a little and looked down when Jack called him gorgeous. "Crappy hair," he said as a retort instead. He wasn't sure whether he believed Jack or not. He'd been called...well, all kinds of things, few of them complimentary in his time.

"They shear the sheep...I bet there's something in here I could cut it off with," he answered. He pressed a slow kiss to Daniel's lips, ghosted his thumb across his nipple, then stepped back and walked away into the darkness of the expansive building.

Daniel stared at Jack for a minute before his brain did the mental leap. He wasn't talking about shearing anything below the belt. He relaxed a little and kept his eyes peeled on the darkness, waiting for Jack's return, trying not to think about how anyone taking a late night stroll could find him.

"I believe you promised naked," he said to the air.

The animals moved and there was a quiet clinking of metal on metal, then nothing. Nothing until Jack was nearly back and his footsteps announced his return.

"No luck...no haircut. But I did promise..." he said as he approached Daniel. Without any hesitation, he undid Daniel's jeans and shoved them off his hips along with his shorts, letting them pool at his ankles. He skimmed his hands back up to his waist and stepped close, only his own jeans between them. "I'll cut your hair later."

"And you always keep your promises," Daniel said hoarsely. He watched Jack carefully. He didn't think that Jack had been going to get something to cut Daniel's hair with, but he wasn't sure why he'd gone. "Okay, then. Later." He licked his lips. "What now?" 'Marks' flashed through his head and his breath hitched a little.

"What now? What's your hurry?" Jack asked, brushing his lips lightly across Daniel's collarbones, breathing in. One hand left his waist and curled behind Jack's back. A few seconds later a lash cut across the tops of Daniel's thighs, just hard enough to sting. The way Jack breathed, the way he continued mapping Daniel's skin with just lips and air, it was almost possible the strike hadn't come from him at all.

The lash produced a gasp from Daniel who, despite the fact that Jack looked as if he hadn't moved, knew who it had come from. He hadn't known what he'd been expected, which seemed par for the course from Jack.

"Just..." He swallowed. "Just like to know where I stand, that's all." He hadn't meant it the way it sounded. Not purposefully, at least.

"Mine," Jack whispered against his skin, then whispered it between every kiss he pressed from shoulder to shoulder. Whispered it after every strike that climbed higher, over his ass to the small of his back.

"You're Mine," he said against Daniel's lips befor ehe kissed him again, roughly forcing his tongue into his mouth before he could answer. That declaration was followed with a snap that cut the air before it made contact.

That hadn't been what he'd meant, but god, he wasn't complaining. He wasn't sure if the shudders were from the touch of whatever lash Jack had found or they were from the word. Mine. It was always between them, that word, and it went in both directions. No matter what else Jack was to him or he was to Jack, there was always that center.

He groaned at the sound of the crack in the air and arched forward, silently begging for more.

Jack pulled away, smiling. "You're good at this," he purred, reaching down to stroke Daniel's cock slowly. He extended his arm and snapped his wrist so just the tip struck higher, between the shoulder blades, stinging and sharp.

"Not my first time," Daniel groaned, arching away from, or maybe into, the pain. There were whimpers, but no shouts or screams. It had been a long time, a very long time, since he'd done this, but his tolerance for pain was even higher than it had been.

"I'm sure of that." He kept stroking him slowly and stepped closer. Jack brought his arm around and held Daniel close, the firm rod of a handle in his grasp, extending along bare skin. He took the opportunity to worry Daniel's neck with his teeth and move across his pulse to his shoulder before biting sharply and sucking at the same time.

Daniel's knees buckled for a minute and it was only the leather straps that kept him upright. He took a few breaths and got his feet back underneath him. "That all you got?" he said, voice remarkably calm while the rest of him was slowly starting to unravel.

Jack laughed with his mouth still clamped to Daniel's shoulder. He ultimately let go, swiping his tongue along the grooves his teeth had left, the righted himself.

"I've barely gotten started," he said softly. He took a step one way and pushed Daniel the other, turning him around so Jack was behind him. "You want to pick a word? Trust only goes so far."

"Just started?" Oh, jesus. He'd known what he was getting himself into, but there were degrees on the theme and this was by far the highest degree he'd been at in years. Still. He wasn't going to back away from this. "I don't screw around when I stay stop, Jack. I don't mean one thing and say another. And you'd...probably wouldn't be surprised just how far my trust in you goes."

He'd left and come back. That was really all Daniel needed.

Warm, soft lips pressed against the nape of Daniel's neck, lingering as Jack smiled again. "I'm not even going to test how far, Daniel." He paused, stepped back, and began low before working his way up. None was all that hard, only a few went far enough to raise welts, but the lashes just kept coming without rhythm.

"Which is why-" a gasp, an arch, and a moan of Jack's name "-why you have it." Daniel squirmed a little, looking for more than what he was getting. Harder, more skin on skin, something that he wasn't getting, he just wasn't sure what that was. His skin was itching for something and he just wished he knew why.

He paused and ran his fingertips up from tailbone to neck, then twisted his wrist and raked his nails back down fast. They did raise welts. He could feel them even though he couldn't see them when he ran his fingers from one side to the other and around his waist. He was pressed tight, bare chest against raw back and jeans still on. He ground his hips forward, finding friction against the curve of Daniel's ass.

"Is she going to be pissed off if you come home torn up?" he whispered, nuzzling lightly against Daniel's neck, a sharp contrast to the pain from moments earlier.

Daniel arched sharply as the nails ran down his back and he cried out. It took a minute for him to breath and another minute for him to focus on Jack's question. He closed his eyes and leaned back a little. "I...she shouldn't. I'll tell her not to worry."

It wasn't her business and he was a big boy and could take care of himself. Even when he was bound and naked in the barn.

Jack licked a slow line from pulse to shoulder, then stepped back. He answered the question with an actual, full strike that landed diagonally with a sound that made one of the horses farther down startle. Just the one strike and he was against Daniel's body again, kissing and biting and reaching around to stroke him again.

"She doesn't need to," he whispered. "You're mine to worry about."

It might have been the sound of the strike or the suddenness of Daniel's shout that startled the horse. He arched into Jack's hand, leaning back again.

"I...god, Jack." He wasn't sure exactly where the possessiveness was coming, but he wasn't even considering complaining. Not when it made Jack do something like this. Not when it made him sound the way he was.

He dropped the lash and reached up to grab Daniel by the hair and jerk his head backward. The way his heart was pounding and adrenaline rushed through his blood, his high was wearing off. The sound of his name cut through him, making him shiver, making him pull at the man harder.

"Daniel," he groaned, flexing and rubbing against his back. "Say you're mine."

Daniel knew what Jack wanted from him before the words were out of his mouth. It always came down to this in the end. He'd already started nodding before his brain put in a late appearance. "Say my name again, Jack," he whispered, not knowing whether it would set Jack or how it would set him off.

He was the one tied up, but he was also the one making demands.

"Tell me how much you want me. Tell me you're mine."

Jerking Daniel's hair harder, Jack pulled his head back so every inch of his throat was taut and vulnerable. "You know how much I want you," he began, his voice soft and low against bare skin. "How much I trust you. Do you know what I'd do for you? How far I'd really go? Daniel...you're mine and I'd tear the universe apart for you."

Daniel didn't pull back or away at all. In fact, he didn't even move apart from his harsh breaths. He just looked at Jack and focused on him. Completely on him. "Say the words, Jack." He caught Jack's eyes and continued. "I know how very much yours I am. But do you know quite how much mine you are?"
